Friend of the Foundation,
The Clear Creek Education Foundation is asking for your support
for their second annual fashion show, live and silent auction,
dinner and casino.
High school juniors, male and female, that represent all that
is positive about CCISD will participate as models during the
“Runway Extravaganza at the Hilton” Fashion Show on Friday,
April 25, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Houston NASA Clear
Lake. The show is being produced by Lenny Matuszewski, Jr.,
nationally known fashion show producer and will feature
fashions from Dillard’s Baybrook.
The Clear Creek Education Foundation, established in 1992, is
comprised of business and community leaders; all of whom
volunteer to raise funds to support the academic achievement of
all students.
The Foundation raises funds for the following distinct
initiatives - award financial grants to teachers so they can
implement their own innovative educational programs in the
classroom; supply career synergistic labs for intermediate
schools to assist students in exploring the endless
possibilities before them in a hands-on, interactive
environment; and reimburse teachers who achieve National Board
Certification, a rigorous and acclaimed certification.
The success of the Foundation is due not only to the volunteer
effort of many but also to the many businesses and individuals
in the community who make a difference by financially
supporting fundraising activities. The following is a list of
ways that you can show your support.
