Kelly Page is proud to serve as Chairperson of the Clear Creek Education Foundation, where she helps champion opportunities that support students, empower educators, and strengthen the Clear Creek ISD community. A Clear Brook High School, Space Center Intermediate and Brookwood Elementary graduate, Kelly has a deep personal connection to the district and a passion for giving back in meaningful ways that make a lasting difference for local families.

Kelly brings both heart and leadership to her role at CCEF, drawing on years of experience guiding teams and building partnerships. She is also the President & CEO of Barrios Technology, a woman-owned small business based near NASA’s Johnson Space Center. In addition to her role at Barrios, Kelly served as Chair of the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership Board of Directors in 2025, serves on the Board of Directors of the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, is actively engaged in her kids' activities at Falcon Pass, and is serving on the Board at the NASA Area Little League.

Kelly lives in Clear Lake with her husband, Jack, and their three sons—Jackson, Oliver, and Theodore. Outside of work and volunteering, she enjoys traveling with her family and cheering on her favorite Houston professional and youth sports teams.
